Firstly I'll begin by saying thanks for visiting my blogspot it gives me great pleasure to know that u all are reading and enjoying my stuff.

About me , am a young ambitious individual who has a different look on life and the world. A lot a people don't get me but am quite easy to know and figure out. As of recently I decided to take my aspirations of being a chef from the back burner and place directly in the fire. I am currently employed as a assistant chef/ trainee. My love for food stems from d natural ability to eat plain and simple lol, but also I love the fact that I can manipulate food to create unique and diverse flavors. I also enjoy making people happy and full lol. So this is the perfect career for me. As for the cultural aspect of the site this was brought about by my close friends love for our national carnival. So I told myself is he is so passionate about something it will have a lot of people interested in hearing about all cultures. I stated collecting recipes since I was about 17 but 3 computers after and a forth just now I don't have any so I am replenishing my list so all in all I just have an all round love for the hospitality industry and would like to share this love with you all.
